Sendero circular PR-A 345 / Circular footpath of the municipality of Lanjarón PR-A / Rund-Wanderweg PR-A 345 des dorfes Lanjarón 345

Este sendero es un itinerario circular al pueblo, pasando por puntos muy emblemáticos y de gran contenido histórico.

La dificultad del recorrido queda marcada por un sinfín de subidas y bajadas por caminos de herradura.

Es una ruta muy pintoresca y variada que atraviesa el pueblo por su casco antiguo, llamado “Barrio Hondillo”. Se sube a la ermita del “Tajo de la Cruz”, donde cuenta la leyenda que mucho tiempo atrás era punto concurrido por brujas para realizar sus aquelarres.

Transcurre parte del recorrido por el “Tajo Colorado”, donde nidifican cernícalos y también es fácil encontrarse con cabras monteses.

La ruta nos conduce al castillo de Lanjarón construido entre los siglos XIV y XV que se encuentra situado sobre el río, en un promontorio que controlaba los accesos a Lanjarón.

Por la parte alta del pueblo discurre este sendero entre castaños, fuentes y acequias.

This footpath is a circular route of the town, passing through very symbolic points and points of great historic significance.

The route is difficult due to a great many ascents and descents by muletrack.

It is a very picturesque and varied route that cuts through the town by the old quarter called “Barrio Hondillo”. It ascends to the Hermitage “Tajo de la Cruz” (The Cliff of the Cross) where legend says that long ago it was a meeting point for witches to make their spells.

A section of the route passes over the “Colorado Cliff”, where kestrels circle and also you’ll find the wild mountain goats.

The journey leads us to Lanjaron’s castle, constructed between the centuries XIV and XV, located above the river, on a peninsular from where access to Lanjarón could be controlled.

The Eastern part of the walk heading upwards above the town takes you along Chestnut trees, Natural Springs and irrigation channels.

Dieser Pfad führt uns um die Ortschaft Lanjarón herum, an einigen emblematischen Stellen zum Teil mit grosser geschichtlicher Bedeutung, entlang.

Der Schwierigkeitsgrad des Rund-Wanderweges besteht in der unendlichen Anzahl an Steigungen und Niederungen auf Hufpfaden.

Es ist eine abwechslungsreiche und pitoreske Route die das Dorf an ihrem ältesten Viertel, dem „Barrio Hondillo“, durchquert. Man steigt auf die Einsiedelei am „Tajo de la Cruz“ an, wo sich gemäss der Legenden früher die Hexen ihren Hexensabbat feierten.

Ein weiterer Teil des Rundganges verläuft am „Tajo Colorado“-Felshang, wo Turmfalken nisten und relativ oft Steinböcke zu sehen sind.

Weiterhin bringt uns der Weg zur Maurenburg Lanjaróns, die zwischen dem 14. und dem 15. Jahrhundert auf einem Felshügel über dem Fluss erbaut wurde, von dem aus man sämtliche Zugänge nach Lanjarón kontrolliern konnte.
